About Burkholder Garage

Burkholder's Garage began as a simple existence; a single bay backyard garage offering the neighbors and friends a local place to come to for quality repairs at a reasonable price. Once the word spread that Burkholder's Garage was the place for general repairs our customers started asking for more services. As our customer base grew so did our need for a larger work area, tooling and employees.

After realizing that there was indeed a demand for Troy's mechanical expertise a larger work area was needed so the garage was moved to another area within the property. At this time a simple 30x40 structure was built to offer additional services including farm machinery and heavy equipment.

Very quickly we were gaining more momentum and notoriety as the area's place to go for quality repairs and service. In 1998 we added a much needed parts room, tool room, hydraulic room and office. This expansion enabled us to stock 4 quality NAPA lines and an extensive line of Gates hose and fittings. The office provides a safe and warm area for customers to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

Now that the parking lot was becoming fuller and the equipment bigger we expanded again in 2004. Simply we had again outgrown our current work areas. This 60x40 addition has enabled us to offer more services from basic oil changes and vehicle inspections to complete engine overhauls or computer diagnostics. As we have grown so has our customer base to include the local utility companies and transportation services.

Although we have grown we still strive to offer the quality repairs and reasonable prices that our customers have come to expect. We are always listening to our customers and to meet their needs we have added notary services which include plates and on-line registrations.
